Process
From the first call to a system that actually runs
No complicated sales process, no mandatory long-term contract, no consulting fee. Every step has a written deliverable so you know exactly what you are getting.
Discovery call
30 – 45 minutes
We talk about your problem, not about selling. I need to understand how your process runs today, where the time goes, and what the real blocker is.
A written summary of the problem after the call.
Scope & quote
2 – 5 business days
I write down what will be built, what will not, how long it takes and the fixed price. You get a document, not a verbal estimate.
A scope document, a timeline and a fixed price.
Build in milestones
Per agreed scope
The work is split into small milestones. After each one you see a working build and give feedback. No milestone moves forward before you sign it off.
A running build to review after every milestone.
Handover & training
One session
You receive the full source code, the documentation, and a training session so your team can operate it. I do not hold your source code hostage.
Source code + documentation + an operational training session.
Post-handover support
Optional
After handover you can stop completely, or take a monthly maintenance package. There is no long-term lock-in either way.
Optional — no lock-in.
What I commit to
Fixed price, paid by milestone
The price is agreed before work starts. Paid in three parts, 30 / 40 / 30: a deposit at signature, a second tranche when the first working build is live on your infrastructure, and the last on handover of the source.
Full source code handover
You own the source code from the start — it is not held against the final invoice.
You talk to the person who codes
The person you speak with is the person writing the code. No project manager in between.
Scope changes are quoted first
If something falls outside the agreed scope, I quote it before doing it. No surprise line items.
