Do I own the source code?

Yes, entirely, and you have that right from the start of the project. I do not hold your source code against the final invoice. For game work I hand over an open, unencrypted Unreal project.

How long until I can see something running?

The “Start Here” package produces something working within 3–5 working days. An MVP gives you a usable build after the first milestone, typically one to two weeks.

Has the AI work actually shipped for a client?

Not in a productised form yet. My machine-learning work is applied research in progress — an MSc with an ML/NLP/CV focus — and I am actively moving it from coursework toward real work. What I sell is the integration, the measurement and the operation, not a pre-trained model. That is exactly why the “Measured Trial” package exists: you pay for measurements on your own data before committing to anything further.

Do you take projects that need a team?

No. I do not provide staff augmentation and I do not staff a team of my own. If a project needs three or more people working at once, a larger company will do it better than I will, and for a fraction of what a billion VND sounds like.

Do you do cybersecurity, or certify against ISO / SOC 2?

No. That is a certification-and-team business, not a one-person business. If your procurement checklist makes that line mandatory, I am the wrong supplier, and I will point you at the right people.

Can I work with you from outside Vietnam?

Yes, with two conditions. First, timezone: APAC and Europe work, the US does not. Second, I read and write English better than I speak it — so I need to see the English part of your material first, to know whether we can actually talk, before you stake anything on it.

Priced as complete packages, not by the hour. The ranges below are a starting point so you can filter by budget; the binding quote is agreed in writing after one conversation, once I understand the real scope.

Every AI quote carries a line item: estimated monthly model cost at your volume, with the assumptions written down. I count tokens on your own sample sentences rather than estimating from experience, because token counts vary with how you write. And if the measured result misses your bar, the first stage ends there — you do not pay for the stage after it.

How the smallest package is calculated

The “Start Here” package is not a round number chosen to look tidy. Below is the arithmetic from market salary to published price, so you can check it.

The smallest MVP Saigon Technology publishes is VND 260m. My “Start Here” package is about a tenth of that — and I have no project manager, no handover pack beyond the source, and I am the only person answering your messages.

Minimum project size

Below VND 25,000,000 I do not take the work. At that level the time needed to understand the scope, write a quote and sign a contract exceeds the actual build — and underquoting is the only way to win work I cannot hand over properly. If your budget is smaller I will say so plainly and point you elsewhere.

Work outside the agreed scope

Anything outside the written scope is quoted separately and waits for your agreement before I start. It is never folded silently into the original package, and I do not give a hard price for work whose scope is still undefined.

The real capacity limit

I take at most two new build projects at a time. That is the genuine capacity of one person: two projects in parallel is the most I can still write, test and hand over myself. Take on more and one of them gets worse work, and you are the person living with that.

English-speaking clients

International packages are priced on delivered scope, not converted from the VND table. A starting point for day-rate work: US$600–700 for an 8-hour day.

I work with APAC clients (same timezone) and European clients (~2 hours of overlap). I do not take US-based projects — the timezone makes it untenable for a single person. Before I accept, I need to see the English part of what you send me: I read and write English better than I speak it, and that difference affects how well we can actually talk.

Common questions

Are these prices binding?: They are ranges, published so you can filter by budget before you contact anyone. The binding quote is agreed in writing after one conversation, once I understand the real scope. I do not give a hard price on a project I have not understood — and I will say plainly if it is not a fit.
